この決まりは、ブラウザの拡張「HodoHodo」（以下「本拡張」）の利用と、有料版の購入についての決まりです。本拡張を入れた方、有料版を購入した方は、この決まりに同意したものとします。発行者は ikasumi です。
本拡張は無料で使えます。有料版の機能は、設定画面の［7日間ためす］から7日間ためせます。ためしにお金はかからず、カードの登録も要りません。7日たつと自動で無料版に戻ります。無料版に戻ると、6件目からのサイトと、サイトごとの2つ目からの時間帯は、設定は残りますが止めなくなります。
販売・請求・税の計算は、販売代行（Merchant of Record）の Dodo Payments が行います。支払いの方法は購入ページで選びます。購入ページで別の通貨を選んだときは、購入ページに出る金額になります。
支払いが終わると、購入ページとメールでライセンスキーが届きます。設定画面にキーを貼ると、すぐ有料版になります。1つのキーで、10個のブラウザで有効にできます。Chrome のプロフィールは、1つずつ別に数えます。別のブラウザに移すときや、拡張を削除するときは、先に設定画面の［このブラウザでの有効化を外す］を押してください。外さずに削除した分も、1つとして数えたままになります。キーを人に渡したり、公開したりしないでください。
年額は、購入した日と、その後1年ごとの同じ日に、年額の代金を支払います。解約するまで自動で更新します。解約は、購入確認のメールにある顧客ポータルから、いつでもオンラインでできます。問い合わせの手続きは要りません。解約しても、支払い済みの期間の終わりまで有料版を使えます。そのあとは無料版に戻り、次の更新の請求はありません。
更新の支払いができなかったときは、支払いが済むまで無料版に戻ります。支払いが済むと、1日ほどで自動で有料版に戻ります。
本拡張は、決めたサイトを止める手助けをする道具です。使いすぎを必ず防げることは約束しません。拡張そのものは、いつでもオフにしたり削除したりできます。本拡張の機能や画面は、よくするために変えることがあります。ブラウザの仕組みの変更などで、一部の機能が使えなくなることがあります。
本拡張のプログラム・絵（鳥の絵とアイコン）・文の著作権は、発行者 ikasumi にあります。
本拡張の利用で損害が生じたときの発行者の責任は、故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、その方が本拡張に支払った金額か1,000円のどちらか多い額を上限とします。
この決まりを変えるときは、このページを更新し、最終更新日を書き換えます。年額の値段を上げるときは、次の更新より前に、購入に使ったメールアドレスへ知らせます。
この決まりは日本の法律に従います。

These terms cover the use of the browser extension "HodoHodo" (the "Extension") and the purchase of its paid version. By installing the Extension or buying the paid version, you agree to these terms. The publisher is ikasumi.
The Extension can be used for free. You can try the paid features for 7 days with the "Try for 7 days" button on the settings page. The trial costs nothing and needs no card. The extension switches back to the free version automatically after 7 days. On the free version, sites beyond the first 5, and time ranges beyond the first one for each site, are kept but no longer block anything.
Payment processing, billing, and taxes are handled by Dodo Payments, our reseller (merchant of record). You choose the payment method on the purchase page. If you choose another currency on the purchase page, the amount shown there applies.
After payment, you receive a license key on the purchase page and by email. Paste the key into the settings page and the paid version is active right away. One key can be activated in up to 10 browsers. Each Chrome profile counts separately. Before you move to another browser or remove the Extension, press "Deactivate in this browser" on the settings page. If you remove it without deactivating, that activation still counts. Please do not share or publish your key.
The yearly plan is charged on the day you buy and on the same day every year after that. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time from the customer portal linked in your purchase confirmation email, without contacting us. After you cancel, you keep the paid version until the end of the period you have paid for. It then switches back to the free version, and you will not be charged again.
If a renewal payment fails, the Extension switches back to the free version until the payment goes through. Once it does, the paid version comes back automatically within about a day.
The Extension is a tool that helps you block the sites you choose. We do not promise that it will always prevent overuse. You can always turn off or remove the Extension itself. We may change its features or screens to improve it. Some features may stop working because of changes in the browser.
The copyright in the Extension's program, pictures (the birds and the icon), and text belongs to the publisher, ikasumi.
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the publisher's liability for any damage arising from the use of the Extension is limited to the amount you paid for it or 1,000 yen, whichever is greater.
When we change these terms, we will update this page and its date. If we raise the yearly price, we will notify you at the email address you used to buy before your next renewal.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
